Fishing and nature guides

Captain Brian began fishing as soon as he was old enough to hold a rod. He grew up fishing with his father on the Chesapeake Bay for rockfish, bluefish, trout, flounders, cobia and red drum. He fell in love with the eastern shore at a young age when his dad and great uncle would take him on weekend trips down to Cape Charles and his favorite spot, Wachapreague.

It is said when your passion becomes your purpose, make it your profession, so after graduating from Salisbury University in 2007, Brian knew there was only one thing he wanted to do, and that was to become a professional fisherman. He soon earned his Captain’s License and later his 100 Ton Master License. He was fortunate enough to land top tier jobs on Ocean City charter boats and has since worked for some of the most successful skippers in town, and has nearly $1,000,000 in career tournament winnings. He’s been blessed to have had the opportunity to fish up and down the east coast as well as Costa Rica and Mexico, but it’s his home waters on the Eastern Shore that he enjoys the most.

Buffalo Hunter Guide Service is Brian’s opportunity to share the truly unique world class fisheries the eastern shore has to offer with folks looking to enjoy time on the water with friends and family. His dedication and passion for fishing and the outdoors, as well as his eagerness to share it with clients, make your trip a hard to beat experience on the water!

About the boat:
The newly redesigned 22OO Tournament Edition features enough bait to fill its 95 gallons of livewells and has enough gear for all its tackle and rod storage. In addition, the new deck layout with walk-around gunwales and under gunwale storage for rods to 9 feet adds cockpit room and allows for more rods to be out of the way but still at the ready. Add to that an oversized anchor locker, easier to use lockable rod storage boxes, two in-deck castnet lockers and more deck space. Combine all this with Pathfinder’s famous quality construction and exceptional running performance and you have the most complete 22 foot bait carrying machine ever built.
